PROFILE

SHORT BIOGRAPHY

Sajib Bala completed his Bachelor of Social Sciences (BSS) and Master of Social Sciences (MSS) degrees respectively at the University of Dhaka, Bangladesh. With his sound and strong academic background, Bala joined the Department of International Relations at Jahangirnagar University as a lecturer, where he presently serves as Professor. He was awarded the Monbukagakusho/MEXT scholarship by the Government of Japan. Thanks to the Scholarship, Bala successfully completed PhD degree from Hiroshima University, Japan. Dr Bala is the author of a book published by a world-class publishing house. To his credit, also go several articles published in peer-reviewed academic journals both at home and abroad. He has visited several countries and has participated (including presenting papers) at seminars and conferences in countries like the USA, the UK, Japan, China and India
